We do our best to make sure you meet the winemaker, however they are very busy people and during certain times of the year are not available at all.
Unfortunately not, this is hardly ever done anymore except during the vinalias (annual event reproducing the Roman harvest at the Gallo-Roman museum in Vienna).

This is possible during the harvest period and only on request.
There is a Large bottles of drinking water with recyclable glasses in the minivan.
Full refund if you cancel 15 days or less before the date of the service. 70% refund if you cancel between 2 and 14 days and 50% refund if you cancel between 24 and 48 hours. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours.
For this particular reason, we will refund your money in full upon presentation of proof.
